Mr. Gerber resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Lincoln Park on February 8, 2008 prior to the information about the alleged theft being uncovered.

Mr. Gerber's bail was set by the Honorable John J. Harper, J.S.C. at $100,000 no 10%, cash, bond or property.
