Arrest in Pequannock Attempted Sexual Assault
September 21, 2007: Morris County Prosecutor Robert A. Bianchi, Esq., Acting Chief of Investigations Joseph A. Cannatella and Chief Brian Spring of the Pequannock Township Police Department announce the arrest of Timothy Iberer, age 43, of Sandra Lane, in Bloomingdale, New Jersey.
Mr. Iberer was arrested at approximately 3:43 a.m. at his Bloomingdale residence without incident. Mr. Iberer is charged with burglary, attempted aggravated sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Despite these pending charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt following a jury trial at which the defendant has all of his rights guaranteed by the U.S. and New Jersey Constitutions and relevant state law.
